The Healthcare Coalition of Texas is a member-led organization representing 13 community-based hospitals and healthcare systems across Texas. Founded on the principle of its members’ dedication to each other and their collective strength, the group shares knowledge, adopts best practices and collaborates on innovative programs in a committed fashion to improve overall performance.

We exist to support the success of not-for-profit community-based healthcare in Texas through: 

• MEMBER ENGAGEMENT - Creating opportunities for Members to network with their peers 

• EDUCATION - Sharing & Learning best practices to foster clinical, financial and operational excellence
• STRATEGIC AGGREGATION - Collaborating on programs in a committed fashion to improve performance
